Delays are likely this week due to roadworks on Godshill High Street. Island Roads report that they will have two-way traffic signals in operation at various points and at various times during the week.
From today until Wednesday work is taking place outside Willow Tree Tea Gardens as a water supply is being reconnected.
Wednesday to Friday sees the new signs for the 20mph limit being installed at the eastern end of the High Street, at the southern end of Newport Road and the eastern end of West Street.
Then, on Friday 9 February, the 20mph speed limit will come into force.
