Another small price reduction to tempt you – now offers over £350,000. Well worth a look as this is a cracking location. Although Godshill is a tourist magnet in the summer holidays, its usually only between 10 and 6. Last night, the Taverners was empty at 10pm, the High Street was as still as the grave and even the Griffin had closed before 10!
Today the price has dropped again – it is now offers over £335,000. Well worth a look, now lovely and quiet in Godshill and we will very soon have the 20 mph speed limit in place.
