We have just received the following message from Roger and Lisa at the Taverners:
“We would like to let all everyone know that Lisa and I have decided, after 11 years to sell the pub. Emma & Tim Foster will be taking over from 10th April 2019. We will be closed on Monday 8th & Tuesday 9th April to allow time for the change over and legalities to occur.
“We would like to thank everybody for their support during our tenure and hope you will keep supporting the new owners. As long time customers Emma & Tim have big plans to keep everything the same. Our entire team will be staying with the business so we are very confident that the pub will continue to thrive.
“Lisa & I are looking forward to taking a long rest before starting our next adventure late 2019 or early 2020
