A public survey has been launched to find out people’s experiences of contacting their GP services and accessing support. The survey is online and should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
The survey results will be published in a report early next year.
GP services are often the first point of contact for anyone with a physical or mental health problem and are the gateway to many other health services and specialities. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way that people access primary care and we would like to share their recent experiences, both positive and negative. By completing the survey, you will help us to build a picture of local services to help GP practices and commissioners identify what is working well for people and what needs to change.
