Today was to be the day that launched Roger and Lisa’s bold new venture, Cook + Baker, onto the Isle of Wight culinary scene. Unfortunately, the Coronavirus pandemic has meant that they will have to probably wait a good few months before they will be allowed to open their doors.
The total refurbishment and makeover of what was ddddddd has turned the building in the High Street into what promises to be both and intimate and engaging daytime eatery.
Their website appeared briefly giving tantalising glimpses of what is to be on offer. However, that has now also retreated for the time being.
As many have said on social media – “We can’t wait!”
Hi. The Cook + Baker is where the Nostalgia Toy Museum used to be.

You can see a nice set of photos on Facebook page – https://m.facebook.com/CookandBakerIOW/ showing the refurbishment of building and garden. It looks really nice. Sure hope the owners get to open soon.
